    HELP!
We are trying to get the DHL plugin setup for international orders. We have the UPS extension setup and appears to be working OK for domestic orders.

In Woocommerce configuration, when setting up “Rest of the Word” – it allows us to select a shipping method. All the default Woocommerce choices are listed (flat rate, free, etc) along with the UPS that we installed, but NOT DHL! We’ve selected “enabled” for DHL, we have a brand new SiteID and all info entered for it.

Why does DHL shipping not pop up as a shipping method to add to the cart?

    Thank you for your help!

Nope, not resolved. I wrote TWICE to the email address you posted, and no reply yet from anybody!

Can you help with this? The “premium” plugin also does not allow using WooCommerce Shipping Zones

(shouldn’t a plugin written for WooCommerce work with all its features??)

    Thank you –

    @yukon4,

Please let me know the ticket number.

Rather than emailing them directly using the email address you provided me above, I have just now gone to the Xadapter website and submitted a support request via their contact form, including my order number.

Ticket number appears to be #6092.

    Thank you!

    @yukon4,

Hello Nishad – – I did hear from the tech support folks – we exchanged a few emails, but our DHL is still not working. Everything appears to be properly configured, I’ve entered their snippet into our functions.php file. But suddenly, they stopped replying?? Their last message requested admin access and I provided that. That was several days ago now, and no word since. Perhaps YOU can help?

Please don’t worry, I’ll check it.

I’m wondering if they are suddenly NOT receiving my messages? Someone wrote to me a couple hours ago asking if my issue has been resolved (as if they hadn’t seen my other messages providing admin access), and I replied immediately, and that was it. Nothing more.

    Odd!?

    Hi @yukon4,

We got the credentials today in the ticket.
Our team has replied to your problem on the ticket #6092.
    The issue is resolved now.

In future, we request you to raise any issue related to the premium plugin as a ticket. As, this forum is for the basic version.

Thank you Yukon4 for your tenacity in trying to resolve this issue. We are going through the same issue.

We’ve been using DHL (Basic) for over a year and after the Woocommerce update requiring “Shipping Zones” the DHL does not show up under “Shipping Methods”. UPS and USPS and Free shipping are there but not DHL.

After reading the posts, it looks like we need to upgrade to the $69 version AND drop code in our site. Seems like a much easier solution is to update the plugin to work with WOO’s Shipping Zones.

Any estimation when the DHL option will be in the “shipping method”?

Hey Running Bum – – Once we purchased the “premium” version and added the snippet (which essentially enables the DHL option to be hidden from shipping zones where you don’t want DHL) it worked out OK. We had to make additional adjustments to our box dimensions, but depending what you’re shipping you may not need to.

    Hi running-bum,

Let me know if you need any help.

Yukon, did you get the DHL option to show up in “Shipping Methods” or is there another way to have it work for “Rest of the World”?

I purchased the premium and activated it but it doesn’t show up under Shipping Zones > Shipping Methods. I assume this is where the code snippet comes into play?

    Thanks.

    Hey Running Bum – –

We had to purchase the premium version of the DHL plugin. Then we were issued some “custom code” that we added to our WP install which enabled DHL to NOT display for domestic orders (which is how we happened to want it to work).

This plugin doesn’t work at all with the shipping zones – – it is not designed to work that way. It will show up across the board for all zones. The custom code enables you to configure the DHL option to show up ONLY where you want it to. (i.e. in our case, only offer DHL for international orders)

Hopefully, the plugin will soon be revised to jive with WooCommerce a bit more intuitively.

Bottom line – – we’ve got it working now!

    Hi running-bum,

Our plugin is working independent of WC Zones. Since It’s no need to config the same setting under multiple zones. It will start working once you configured the plugin.
