DHL Module can I fix one rate and why it does not show shipping options?

    Hi,

    I started to use DHL shipping plugin -> for DHL Express. I would like to use it only for making automatically labels (it is annoying to copy-paste).

    1) We would like to use fixed rate for all of the countries in the world (for an example 35€).
    2) We would like that when the users goes to out checkout page, then after choosing a country, then he/she can see the shipping options (one options will be the DHL Express). We do not want tie it with city or postal code, because we haven’t had in a history a place where we were not able to ship.

    Are this things possible with this plugin? What we have to do to archive it?

  • Hi @kmisty,

    Our DHL free version of the plugin is capable of calculating dynamic rates based on destination country and postal code/city. It requires the city/postal code included to calculate exact shipping charges.

    If you need to add a fixed rate for all destination, you can use the woocommerce flat rate shipping method in shipping zones, click here for instructions.

    And regarding the label, print label feature is available only in the plus version of the plugin, once the order is placed you can create shipment in the order back end and labels will be available for printing.
