DHL PRO rates not showing

Hi there,

We’ve installed and activated DHL Express Live Rates PRO. When going to the checkout, rates seem to show up for certain countries (Netherlands for example), while it doesn’t for others like the United Kingdom. Could you please help in solving this issue?
