    Hi,

    I understand that Fedex/DHL real time shipping plugin has two types.

    1) regular (free) 2) premium (annual fee incurred)

    My questions:

    – If I choose regular one and I have an account from DHL/Fedex, I still can get real time rates?
    – If I choose regular one, the shipping company will automatically calculate for us with current rates?
    – We need to send the items to these shipping companies after we do the packaging ourselves? As I understand the premium one, shipping company who will do the packaging with their custom boxes.
    – With regular account, we can send the items in bulk?
    – I have Aramex account, but there is no shipping plugin for Aramex. Anyone knows if there is plugin for Aramex?

    DHL/UPS/Fedex – I need to ask for new account number and it is quite slow to get it.

    I know premium always better than regular. As I am in tight budget and new, I am confused whether to get regular one or go for premium first.

  • The basic version includes real time rates. It doesn’t have more options for packaging. It treats each items as separate packages with their own dimensions. You may need to go for premium features.
