    Can you please check if your cron system is working correctly?

    Have you disabled the WP cron and added cron from the external Cpanel?

    Hi,
    The abandon cart emails were sending out ok until today, now I see them in the Report page but they are not going to my test email accounts. I checked spam and I have WP Log installed and they are not there either. I can see new order emails etc so I know the emails are sending out.
    I don’t see cron settings for this plugin, can you tell me where I can check if WP cron is enabled?
    I don’t see why it stopped working.

    Are you able to send test emails from the plugin?

    You can see all cron by installing WP Control Plugin.
