Diaspora button must include pod configuration

Hi, as you maybe now, diaspora can have multiple “pods”. For example, I’m [email protected]: https://diasp.org/u/lupa18

Then, when I complete my user (only user it says) at configuration, the plugin points to: https://joindiaspora.com/u/lupa18 (that don’t exist).

Could you change this to get have the possibility to configure the diaspora pod?
