Dicount coupons per category?

    The way I understand it, Eventin supports WooCommerce discount coupons but only for specific events. And for repeating events, it seems like you have to add each occurrence to the coupon. This is totally unmanageable in my opinion. Is there any way to create discount coupons (WooCommerce or otherwise) that apply to an entire Eventin event category?

  • I’m not sure about the Pro features like discount coupons but maybe the plugin owner will answer this.

    We don’t have a category wise coupon settings system. But you can easily include your particular events on your coupon. For that, please check this documentation: https://support.themewinter.com/docs/plugins/plugin-docs/event/woocommerce-coupon-for-events/#1-toc-title

    Hi, thanks for replying. As I already mentioned in my original post, I’m aware of how to include individual events, but this is unmanageable as each recurring child seems to need to be included. May I submit a suggestion/feature request to you to implement category based coupons? I just found out how to submit my idea using your roadmaps, so I’ll do that.

    Obviously! Please share your idea or feature request on our roadmap. Because it will help us more to improve our plugin. And we are also discussing with our dev team about the coupon code for the recurring child. And for managing it more easily we will do a good R&D about it.     Just wondering if this has been implemented since original post?

    I find it weird that each recurring event needs its own ‘post’ and the discounts-adding lacks logic…
