Did I make a mistake??

It won’t be accessible from either www or no www. Meaning, the way WordPress works is if you set it up to access without www, you can still enter www but it will redirect to the no www URL. And the other way around also.

i followed the directions and removed the www from the database file so now it looks like https://iprintusa.com in the database file, then I went to the browser and typed iprintusa.com and the url changes to https://www.iprintusa.com and give me the generic “newly registered” html page. Will this change take time to implement? I cleared my cache in my browser but still the same thing. Any suggestions?

It should not take time to implement.

Start by logging into the Dashboard to make sure that neither of the two fields with site URL contain www

i got it to work, but how can I make it so that no matter what the user types in the browser, www. or without www they will ultimately see the site?

It looks like a server setting in your case. Ask your webhost to set up redirection so https://www.iprintusa.com is redirected to iprintusa.com
