Did not generate the Reference Transaction number

    Hello

    one of my order #102460 did not generate the Reference Transaction number but Order status changed from Pending payment to Completed. and ship the product to the customer.

    Can you please help us on this issue and let us know how to solve it?

    Hi, was this a one of issue? What I mean is, did this happen on one order or on many orders?

    This is something that is not permitted in this forum.

    Just out of curiosity, do you have a cache plugin installed? If you do, have you excluded your payment and cart pages from being cached? Also if this is just a one of incident, then I would not worry too much. Simply keep you debug option enabled and make sure you check the log files if it happens again.
