Did not have everything needed to restore :(

    Hello I have my automatic backups setup. I thought I had everything neccessary to save me if I had a problem.
    My website went down due to a theme upgrade and possible plug-in errrors.

    When I tried to use the backups that I stored on Dropbox, I found that I did not have everything neccessary. My backup didn’t have the full theme or something that was neccessary for me to restore and had to pay my hosting Hostgator to restore from one of their backups.
    Big let down because I thought I was proteceted with this app

    Hi,

    Apologies that you were not able to restore from the backup.

    If you still have access to the backup log, please could you send us a copy? I will try and determine the cause of the error.
