Did not receive notification email

  • I like Ninja Forms because it’s very easy to create a contact form.
    I tested it and I received the confirmation email but I did not receive the notification email.
    I put {system:admin_email}, type my webmail address in To field (Emails & Actions) as per documentation, also using MailGun – all still did not work.
    Did I miss anything here?
    I tested using other contact form plugins and it worked fine but I like Ninja Forms much better.. if this issue is quickly taken care of…

    I found it a bit funny.

    I received the notification email if I used MailGun – but no confirmation email
    since I found it a bit difficult to use MailGun, I used below trick and so far it works ??

    1. I put BCC in the confirmation email
    2. Put {field:email_subject} in the Subject field

    Voila! Now I also received the notification email…LOL…
