Did Not Receive the Correct Install Package

I just purchased your Theme-My-Login Redirection extension. Prior to installing it I deactivated and deleted the freeware install, then uploaded and installed the zipfile install. This install did not ask for the purchase key, and does not have any options for configuring the redirections. From everything I can tell, this was not the correct install.

Please advise.
