    Hi @zachar25

Your site was already infected with the malicious code prior to purchasing Jetpack Scan. We’ve been working with you to try to get this fixed for you, even though our documentation says:

Jetpack Scan is not intended to be a service to clean up already hacked or malware-infected sites. While we can fix some hacked files after purchase, we do rely on the site not being infected at the time of purchase and having a clean version to compare any changed files to.

We’ll continue to work on this for you, but would appreciate your patience as we look into this.

    Hello @zachar25

You may want to try the GOTMLS plugin. I use it to clean up sites that have been infected and so far it’s worked very well at identifying and quarantining malicious code. https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/gotmls/

There is a premium version, but from my experience, it’s well worth the money. You can routinely scan for malware and viruses, an array of settings to establish a firewall and brute force patch.

I am a happy user of this plugin and I don’t get any kind monetary reimbursement of any kind for recommending it. The owner if the plugin is good about support as well.

    Good luck.
