Yes, this plugin is created to ensure you can take advantage of the Cloudflare infrastructure to cache your static files along with your main HTML pages which are generated by PHP to ensure your origin server does not have to work on generating the pages but it will be handled by Cloudflare. This will not only drastically improve your site load time as pages will be loaded from your nearest Cloudflare datacenter but also reduce your bandwidth cost drastically as the contents cached at the Cloudflare datacenter need not to travel to your origin server to get the data.
You can also bypass certain pages from caching if you want inside the plugin settings.
