Repeated ERROR on the back end when scanning directories or the media library. I ended up deleting files via FTP by hand.

Rather than a raw review like this, when you meet an issue, I believe it’s better to share it with the developers. The plugin works, and we could have helped you (and we always do, maybe you just didn’t take the time to realize this).

You used something for free, I know it’s much easier to blame… but sharing the issue kindly and asking for some help would be way more rewarding, I think ??

Please think of your users. Provide meaningful error messages that can be useful to regular folks in deciding what to do next. (We’re not all coders.) A problem is exactly when a helpful message could have alerted me to this option. (And I did not use the plugin for free. I paid for my license.)

I am always thinking of my users, believe me ?? But unfortunately, the error messages you are getting is probably not from the plugin itself; the only thing I can do is to try my best to catch that error and display it rather than crash silently, but it’s the best I can do. Unfortunately, WordPress is a pile of blocks, it’s not monolithic; if you understand its logic, you’ll realize that issues don’t come from the plugin or theme you used the button from, but maybe from something else. I would do everything I can to make your review higher (and happier) but unfortunately, I am not the developer behind the whole WordPress ecosystem. The only thing I can do is help and provide pointers, when asked (and me and my team always do, but you didn’t reach to us I believe, otherwise you wouldn’t have written this I am sure).
