Thanks for your review . I have tested this plugin so far and its working .

What exactly you have to do is to just order your posts according to your requirement hit save button and We suggest not to hit the arrange button since this plugin reflects the real time posts of a category in backend so it once again rearrange the posts according to the wordpress rule and you have to once again rearrange these posts once again . simply arange your posts through plugin hit save and refresh your browser .

Most new themes are built around it these days.
