• I was successful actioning authorization with my drop box however 30 hours on the first back up has kept restarting and so far sent not one file to my drop box. I was about to post on the support pages but find it disturbing that the developer takes all support off line which I find concerning. I prefer more transparency from developers.

    So its a one star. It doesn’t work for me at all.

    Thanks a lot for trying WP Time Capsule. I am sorry the backup didn’t get completed sooner. Our backup mechanism is a lot different than the existing solutions, we don’t backup using zip. Instead we backup incrementally, only the changes. Depending on the site size the backups can take from few hours to days. The first backup will only take that much space. Subsequent backups will get completed in few minutes.

    Now you have raised an issue here, we are not able to map it to our backend to investigate and give you a resolution. That’s why we take the support offline since we have a reporting mechanism inside the plugin and a support system which is equipped to give relevant and faster resolution. We are transaparent with our processes. This system is designed to help you faster.
