Did not work for me, very frustrating.

  • This plugin looks really good when preparing pop-ups and clearly some very clever people are behind this plugin. However, as a relatively experienced wordpress user – this plugin simply did not work.

    As stated by a previous review the problems for me is in the area of the ‘Lead Capture Setup’. When going to the settings area for the popups, you are supposed to see an option (e-mailing provider) for WordPress or Mailchimp. Neither of these were available for me. Both missing!!!!

    I also had the very same problem in trying to delete the plugin, had to delete it via ftp in the end.

    Sorry guys but have spent best part of 3 hours trying to get this to happen with no joy. How about a set up video?

    Hi,

    First of all, there is indeed a bug on plugin deactivation. We’re working on it right now and an update will be available very soon.

    Regarding the e-mailing providers, it is completely normal that MailChimp is not in the list as it is a premium extension (that’s clearly stated in the plugin description). However, if you didn’t see WordPress, then this is not normal.

    The setup video could be a good idea indeed and we will think about it. But why not asking for help before submitting a 1* review?
