Didn't get the refer code and mail

Hello sir,

i have installed and active and setting in this plugin but when after the complete order and go to my account page one referlink (https://glizcan.aliansoftware.net/wp?raf=ref6752324) on top but when i click on this link it’s redirect to home page and no email send. on my-account page there are no such other refer code get.

so,please help me what’s the problem?
