If the donations are complete, then you need to troubleshoot for email deliverability issues.

My first suggestion is to walk through that doc to check on potential issues with your email settings.

If the email is not coming through there might be an issue with email deliverability in general — that is controlled by your host. Usually, email deliverability issues can be solved via using SMTP instead of the default PHP mail function that is provided by WordPress out of the box.

Everything seems okay if we used our personal email. But work email seems to be blocked and it’s not on SPAM.
