    Can that sometimes happen? Maybe I had no visitors at that time so could that mean the email couldn’t be sent?

    It’s just an email delivery issue. Check the spam folder. The plugin sends reports even if there were no visitors.

    Go to the Tools / Diagnostic tab, scroll down to the “Reports” section to see when the last report has been actually generated and sent.
