    Hi There,

    I Didn’t received email in Business Gmail, Still I able to get the account activation email / Deletion email in my personal email ID, But why I didn’t receive mail in Business Gmail account? Also it is not in spam folder

    Does this problem with my Server OR Email Client? OR any configuration issue.

    Please try installing an SMTP plugin to fix the relay issue.

    Thanks @champsupertramp for replay.

    I am already using Easy WP SMTP Plugin and configured it properly – Working fine when I register using my personal Gmail ID’s.

    My issue is that it is not working with one Company Other Business Gmail ID.
    Like:
    [email protected]
    [email protected]
    [email protected]

    These are Business Gmail ID’s of Our Company.

    Is there any configuration at WP Admin OR Email Client?

    Hi @naimeshrao

    Have you tried changing the Admin email in WP-Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > Email > scroll at the bottom page > see “Admin E-mail Address”? Try changing it with a Gmail and non-Gmail email address. Let’s see if the issue still the same.
