Didn’t received user email change confirmation email.

Now it’s been a 3 week I’m trying to change my user and administration email address but don’t no why I’m unable to change it. I want my organization email to be registered for both (user and Administrator). I have tried 2 email address but, never received any confirmation mail.
Also I did change email address from database but it’s only displaying the new email address in dashboard. but if I want a password reset link on my email it doesn’t work as well.
