It’s likely that you’re not using a valid Access Token or that your Facebook page has restrictions on it, all of which are very simple things to fix, and are covered on our Troubleshooting page.

Preferably before posting a 1 star review stating that the plugin doesn’t work!
You can use the support form so that you don’t have to display your Access Token publicly on here.
