Please can you link to the screenshot that is referenced in your comment? As it does not appear to be visible.

If you continue experiencing problems, it would also be useful if you could send an export of your form (instructions: https://docs.gravityforms.com/exporting-a-form-from-gravity-forms/) to [email protected].
