Didn't work

I just ran the plugin on the entire site. (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/plugins-upload-to-the-media-library-media-library-all-generic-icons?replies=1) It finished and said it regenerated 100% of the thumbnails. But NONE Of them are there.
