• Didn’t work in testing on latest WP + Nginx 1.14.1 when following the nofollow link. The logs should at least be viewable to the site admin, it’s just mean gatekeeping that.

There are several plugin settings that, when enabled, prevent the (admin) user from getting blocked. This is to help with usability, testing, among other things. So if that was the case, it would explain why the trap link didn’t do anything. The Installation guide has more information about this, and more. And if anything there is unclear, please let me know.

For the logs, I’m not sure what you mean. The logged information for each blocked bot is available on the Bot Log settings page. There is no other logged infos other than what is shown in that location. The free version of the plugin is fully functional, and has helped many sites defend against bad bots for many years now.

I hope this helps. Also if you would like help with troubleshooting and/or getting set up, feel free to post in the plugin support forum. I would appreciate the chance to help with anything possible.
