Didn’t Work as Advertised – Wouldn’t Give Me Refund

  • Contrary to what their demo site shows, this theme cannot display the logo, site title, and tagline all at the same time. In addition, the slider gave me a lot of trouble. When loading identically-sized pictures of the same type, one might display but three others might not. No error message was given. Very annoying. Getting a picture to display in the slide was trial and error.

    When I requested a refund, they told me refunds weren’t allowed because it was a digital product, and I was told to refer to their PRIVACY policy for their refund policy.

    So be aware that if you aren’t happy with a Luzuk theme, NO REFUND is their policy.

    I find that SiteOrigin themes are much better.
