Didn’t work + caused wordpress white screen of death

Firstly, apologies for rating 1 star, but there’s no other option.

For some reason, this plug-in didn’t work for me. My WordPress version is 4.6.18, and despite setting the images to ‘Media File’, the lightbox didn’t show up.

In addition, the plug-in seems to cause the pages to go blank/white after a few seconds of loading. The homepage loads and stays, but the posts go blank after a few seconds.

Those who’re thinking of installing this plug-in, please be cautious.
