• My real complaint is about support. The backup did not work. I saved the log thinking I could submit it to support. Nope, I would have been required to purchase a support package to do that. Why the hell would I want to purchase something that I am not sure will work?

    It is certainly not necessary to purchase support; please click on the “Support Threads” link at the right of this page. We actually have paid staff providing free support and have done for several years (as you will see in that forum) – which we have no plans to change.
