Didn’t work for me but eventually was given a refund

I’ve seen what 10Web plug-ins can do and it looks amazing. Many options and the ability to create simple yet beautiful sites – this is the reason I bought the pro package of their plug-ins and was super excited to use it on my site.

That said, once I downloaded it I was not able to get the photogallery to work with my site, and seeing as I’m a photographer, this was a big problem. Regardless of the settings I chose, when I used the shortcode the gallery images would display in a single column, with weird blocks hanging off which were whatever I selected as a background colour. Same results when using the widget. I contacted support, which comes with the pro version. I found communications to be very slow (was getting responses in the middle of the night, I’m Pacific Standard Time, Vancouver, BC) and since I was on a tight schedule I ended up just buying a different plug-in as a quick fix.

I asked for my money back since it was not working for my needs – although they initially declined I eventually got in touch with a customer service representative that apologized and quickly issued a refund.
