Didn’t work. Super frustrating to try to use.

  • Hi, I had both the Import and Export plugins activated, went to export users, hit the export button…. and just had a download button appear which lead to a 404 on my own site. The export button then greyed out.

    Totally unclear what you’re suppose to be checking or selecting if you just want a simple download of users and orders to then import to another site.

    To avoid the “404 forbidden error”, kindly delete or rename the smack_uci_uploads folder in the following path,
    www\wordpress\wp-content\uploads
