didn't work with firefox

Our plugin is completely supported by Firefox, please, visit the following link to the demo website:

If the your player is not working with Firefox for your website, I’m pretty sure you are not using the correct format for the videos or audio files, or there is a conflict in with other plugin installed in your website.

I recommend always create an entry in the support page of the plugin, before publishing a bad review, because in the majority of cases the issues are caused by the website’s settings.

I looked in your FAQ and other sources without finding sufficient sources.
It was only audio we were using this plugin for.

and again… it WORKED on all browsers
except firefox
