Didn’t work with woomembers and no support with premium

I purchased the pro version of the plugin to use with my site for woomembers/woosubscriptions. I downloaded, activated, and setup. Whenever I went to adjust settings it still acted like I don’t have the active version. Tried disabling other plugins and themes with no luck. Contacted their support several times with no response. ASked for a refund, no response. Seemed like great software, but didn’t work for me and loss of $20.00
