• Was working fine before the update, simple but exactly what I needed.

Now I get the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function session_status() in /####/####/####/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/ordered-variable-product-report/class/ced-export-variable-product-class.php on line 32

    Update: now working fine

Thank you for the quick reply, that seems to be fixed now!

    One other quick question:

I have two variable products, but only the first one I added is showing up on your summary page.

    Any idea what’s going wrong?

    Many thanks,

    Lois

    Hello,

This plugin will show those variable products which are ordered.

So please check once again if you have ordered both variable products.

It seems you placed order for only one variable product that is why only one is coming in the report.

OK got it, I have 3 variations for the second product and I believe that the table only shows up if they have all been ordered. A bit odd, but I can work around it. Many thanks!

    Hello,

It will show result in report for every ordered variations. So if you have 3 variations in 2nd variable product and only 1 variation has been ordered among them then it will be show on the report.

This does not appear to be the case for me.

I have one of each variation ordered – the table shows.

I trash one of the products – the whole table for that product is gone.

I restore the order – the table reappears.

    Hello,

I trash one of the products – the whole table for that product is gone.

I restore the order – the table reappears.

In above sentence we are bit confused as you are trashing product and restoring order. ??

By the way if you are trashing-restoring product then table still shows the report and if you are trashing-restoring order then it will surely affect the report because we are generating report on behalf of order placed.

    Sorry, that wasn’t very clear!

I trash an order of that product, then restore that order.

    No problem ??

So as we told earlier that report is generated on the behalf of order. So if you trash an order then report get affected.

That is why we provided the feature of exporting report. After exporting you may delete your order (if you want)

Hope this will help you and clear your query.
