Diferent cart text

Hi,
i have changed the Backorder text for some items. But the text is only changed in product page. On the cart page there is the universal text.
How can i change that?

It should say: Na zalogi pri dobavitelju, dobavni rok 1-2 tedna, and also in the cart. But in the cart it says the universal one, that is: Na zalogi pri dobavitelju, rok dobave 2-3 tedne.

The 1-2 tedna and 2-3 tedne is the diference. Tedne means weeks in english. Because for some items i can get it sooner, but it confuses costumers if on the product page is diferent time range than on the cart page.
