Difference Between GTMetrix Test in Plugin and on GTMetrix site.

can you click on the “defer parsing” recommendation of the 2nd report to see what specific JS is shown as needed to be deferred?

I have, unfortunately, closed the window. I reran wizard and it now recommends Async with a speed score of 92%.

So I’ve updated settings, but when I check in GTMetrix, I again get a lower speed.

The recommendations from the report show:

Anything I can do?

those recaptcha-JS-files are referred to from within https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js and that one is asynced already.

-> as the file is called by Google code, you cannot change anything about how it’s called
-> moreover as far as I understand a file being requested from within an asynced file is async implicitely, so it looks like a false positive to me
