Difference between IE and Chrome

I think you have checked in below IE 8. You have to update your IE to work that part.

For footer social icon part you can have this feature in free version too. Create a custom menu add that menu in footer menu, Then it will show up.

I have made a custom menu in the footer with links to Twitter and Instagram. I can see the links, but not the icons. This menu automaticly uses a class like: menu-item menu-item-type-custom menu-item-object-custom menu-item-139.

How kan I get the menu to use a class like: twitter menu-item menu-item-type-custom menu-item-object-custom menu-item-522?

Ok for IE please enter following css in additional css section in customizer.

#content{
display: block;
}

And for footer menu icon you have to add following class
twitter
dribbble
instagram
