Difference between "Sites" and "My Sites" ?

    I’m curious, what’s the difference in the sites that show in the dropdown menu under “My Sites” and the sites that are listed at Network Admin > Sites ??

    In my case not all sites are listed in the dropdown menu. I don’t understand why some are listed and others not. Please explain. ??

    Doh! OK, just took a closer look, it’s based on Users. The sites under “My Sites” I am the admin/user. The others sites, I’m still the admin/user I just used a different username from the Super Admin username.
