Difference Between Variant Data and Report Data

    Hi,

    We use the Analytics Variants data to view a report and there seems to be an issue with it reporting all of our variants data. For example, if i cross compared the period we are looking at, it seems to be omitting one of our SKUs from the report. However these are both products with variants.

    On the reports main report page however, for the same period, it is reporting the sales of both products.

    Please can you advise.

    Since established this was a process issue that was stopping the analytics updating in the background. This is now resolved.
