difference in order frontend vs backend

hi

i am having a small problem with my plugin. in the back-end i am able to move my content around and it is supposed to show up in the front-end just like that but it doesn’t. it worked perfectly fine before a few updates of other plugins ago. am i missing something? i did try to deactivate the plugin but still nothing. i would also like to know what will happen if i uninstall the plugin, will i have to go and reorder all the work i have done or will my changes come back if i reinstall?
