Difference in pages but not in settings

I have 2 pages who are similar I thought but the layout is different:

1) https://holocaust-archive.com/jewish-oppression/
2) https://holocaust-archive.com/concentration-camps/

Both pages seem to have an identical set of settings but as you can see the layout is different. Can somebody tell me what can be the cause?

Ps; both pages have ‘default template’ selected.
