Different behaviour in variations drop down menu

Hello,
I have a different behaviour in the variation drop down menu in the front end. In the WooCommerce settings, I checked the option “Out of stock visibility” > Hide out of stock items from the catalogue.
So, the out of stock variations should not be displayed. However, on some product’s page, out of stock variations are displayed.
I’ve deactivated all plug-ins and changed theme to a standard one but it’s the same. I’ve checked if the stocks are 0 and it’s the case.

- Clear WooCommerce transients
- Clear expired transients
- Recount terms
- Regenerate Product lookup tables
If this makes no difference, please can you share a copy of the following:
- System Status: navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?
Get system report?and then?Copy for support. - Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.
Additionally, please can you share a screenshot of the
Product Data>Inventoryfor any one of the products that encounter this issue, example image below:

This is indeed strange behavior!
From what I gather after further investigation, the
in-stockproducts here are XS, S, M, L, and XL, while the remaining variations areout-of-stock, is this correct?This being said, would you please share a screenshot of the variations settings for the out-of-stock variation, as well as the in-stock variation, for this particular product, example of this area can be seen in the screenshot below:
Also, please share a screenshot of the Attributes area, as seen below:
Additionally, please clarify if you are using any custom code on your site (via code snippets or custom CSS). If so, please can you try temporarily disabling this and check if it makes any difference, as custom code can also cause this type of issue.

I was checking on my testing site that is using WooCommerce 7.4.0 and default Storefront theme and I could not reproduce the same issue with variable products.
Can you import the product again (the one that is having the issue) following this general guidelines, https://woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/#general-guidelines
Then please check again to see if the issue persists.
