Different between 2 BadgeOS-Addons

Sorry for the delay in response.

It could likely be a case of one or the other, and not needing both.

Congratulations Addon is meant more for the right away feedback, like right after they log in.

The Auto-messages addon is meant more for big milestones, like reaching 1000 points or 50 logins or other imagined up milestones.

From the sounds of your usage need, you’d want the Congratulations addon more.

But an other point for me is unclear: what exactly can i do with “connection types”? in moment i do not understand the idea behind this feature https://digitale-infoprodukte.de/bilder/connection-types.png Can you please a little bit explain it or is there anywhere a link to documentation?!

also there are a “connection type” widget. in what cases it make sense to use it? what is the “output” of this widget in frontend?

We use https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/posts-to-posts/ for various connections between post types in BadgeOS, and that plugin/library just happens to have its own menu and widget. Chances are you can just ignore them completely.
