Different Broadcast settings per site?

In a multisite, I see Broadcast Settings on the Network Admin area, and in each of the Individual Sites as well. But changing these settings in any of the Admins on any of the sites seems to affect all sites globally. I would like 1 site to broadcast products, but another site to allow broadcasting of pages and posts. Is this possible with this plugin to only allow broadcasting of pages/posts on 1 specific site, and not the others? And only allow broadcasting of products on a totally different site, and not the others? If this is not possible with this plugin, why are their settings for the Broadcast Plugin for each site individually? And is there an addon that provides this capability?
