Different Catalogue Images Sizes After Apply Hard Crop

    Hi,

    I have an issue which you may be able to help with if you see here https://www.nebulasdev.co.uk/noangel/product-category/new-in/ some images are smaller and some most are correct. I have set the images to hard crop with a ratio of 1:1 but for some reason the smaller images just aren’t getting the hard crop applied to them do you know why this is?

    I have checked and both images have the same classes applied and I have ensured I rebuild thumbnails after each size change.

    Do you get this issue if you switch to a default theme?

    I didn’t check that the images are fine in the default theme. I am using Avada so it’s got to be something in that.

    I didn’t ask if you checked them. I’m asking have you tried temporarily switching over to a default theme to see if the issue exist there as well. That’s one of the first things we have people do in order to see if there’s a coding glitch. As well as plugins.

    Some of the images, if you used a regen plugin may have not be cropped. It could have paused on those. Hard to say.
