    Thanks for reaching here.

    Please go to your Admin Panel->Appearance->Customize->Additional CSS.
    Please add this CSS below in the “Additional CSS” section.

    .home.page-template-default .time_circles > div > h4, .home.page-template-default .time_circles > div > span{ color: #000 !important; }
.page-template-default .time_circles > div > h4, .page-template-default .time_circles > div > span { color: #FFF !important; }
