Different Content Areas

    Hello,

    Im working on a wordpress theme, https://www.toroslocos.nl

    But Im a beginner with building wordpress themes and I got a question about making themes.

    My website has a content area, which is the white area. I can add text here.

    This website has three different areas: https://netjelly.com/
    – The header
    – The subheader with an image on the right and some large text left
    – The content area with 3 columns.

    My question is. How do i create multiple areas in my theme which I can edit (add text and an image) through my wordpress dashboard?
