Different customizer options in wordpress.com and .org

  • Hi,
    I’m moving a site from wordpress.com to .org.
    I’m using rebalance on .com, and have some Appeareance >> customize options that seem specific to this theme, eg Colors & Backgrounds >> Background, Colors: (Text and border colors) (Links, Headings and buttons)…

    When I install rebalance on the .org install, I do not get these options. I just get Colours >> Header text colour, Background colour

    This means I can’t control the homepage latest post coloured hovers (when you hover over a post), and the hover state colour of the text within these blocks)

    Any ideas how I get the full list of .com customise options for rebalance theme on www.ads-software.com?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    The colours and background options are exclusive WordPress.com options.

    Also, to note, www.ads-software.com isn’t a service per say, it’s just where the free open source software can be obtained.
