Different design in customizer and in live email

What email client are you viewing your emails in?

If you go to woocommerce > status and scroll down to template overrides, are you overriding any templates?

I note that in the customizer you seem to be using a different email type then what you are showing as email-sent. For example, it could be the difference between the processing order email and the completed order email.

Did you get my email with the two pdfs?

We notice this in many clients; Gmail, Outlook and webmail.

No oversides are chosen. Just checked in status. It says “-“.

I have not made any changes to the templates or my design, they just changed by themselves, and this on two live shops and two dev-sites and the staging site.

I can supply you with login so you can check this.

I have exactly the same issue. I disabled all plugins, checked template overrides and nothing helped.

Ok now I solve the issue. It ended up being a conflict with another plugin. The conflict was with Badge Designer Lite For WooCommerce. Now it works.

Yes, that is step one in all WordPress troubleshooting.

I disabled plugins again today and made two orders (without and with plugins) and the difference in emails is virtually none.

Other plugins are not the cause of these problems.

I’ve received no PDFs, to prevent confusion would it be possible for you to keep using these forums and link to your pdfs?

In your latest screenshot there isn’t any purple (default color you mentioned at the top) so is this primarily the width being off or if this is with colors can you give me exact details so I better understand?

Can you send me an export of your settings so I can reference and test with? Again you can link to the file here.
